Privacy policy
Working version. This policy describes the operation currently planned. It must be reviewed after final configuration of hosting, analytics, reCAPTCHA and internal retention periods.
1. Data controller

2. Data that may be collected
Contact and quotation form
Company, surname, first name, email address, telephone number, postal address, message and any files voluntarily submitted.
Website operation
Strictly necessary technical data, security logs, IP address, browser information and consent choices. External services activated with your agreement may also process technical data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- replying to enquiries and preparing quotations: pre-contractual steps requested by you;
- managing a business relationship: performance of a contract or Découpe Express’s legitimate interests;
- securing and administering the website: legitimate interests and security obligations;
- meeting accounting or legal duties: legal obligations;
- activating non-essential trackers or external services: consent where required.
4. Recipients and service providers
Data may be accessed by authorised Découpe Express personnel and, only where necessary, its technical providers: IONOS hosting, website maintenance, email provider, Forminator for form management, Complianz for consent choices and Google when Maps or reCAPTCHA is activated.
Data is not sold. Certain Google services may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area; their activation and safeguards must be reviewed during production configuration.
5. Retention periods
- attachments: removed from the website after notification is sent under the current configuration;
- form submissions: 90 days in WordPress;
- communications and documents connected with a business relationship: for the time needed to process them and meet applicable legal duties;
- technical and security logs: for the period applied by IONOS under the hosting agreement and its privacy policy;
- evidence of consent choices: duration managed by Complianz, with periodic renewal of the choice.
6. Your rights
Depending on the processing concerned, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to the use of your data. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Send your request to contact@decoupe-express.fr, providing enough information to identify you and understand the request. If a difficulty remains unresolved, you may contact the French CNIL.
8. Security and updates
Découpe Express applies technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the risk. Since no system can guarantee absolute security, access and extensions must remain up to date and submitted files should contain only necessary information.
